Colorintech is probably best known for its BTF (Black Tech Fest) event which is Europe's largest technology and culture festival celebrating innovation and inclusion in the UK tech industry and beyond. In 2020, Ashleigh was recognised on Forbes 30 Under 30 list. He is also a qualified football referee!

Cassa Pancho is CEO, Founder and Artistic Director of Ballet Black, a professional ballet company for dancers of colour which she set up in 2001. Ballet Black has won numerous awards including an Olivier Award for best dance production and a Critics’ Circle National Dance Award for Outstanding Company and Cassa was awarded an MBE in the 2013 New Years’ Honours List for services to Classical Ballet. To date, she has commissioned over 40 choreographers, to create over 60 new ballets for the company.
